Saving money and the environment – Brighton

January 7 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

In 2011 Zoe Morrison wanted to quit her job and become a stay at home mum. She didn’t know how she was going to afford it but she was determined that spending less wasn’t going to be at the expense of the environment or her family’s quality of life. She became passionate about learning ways to save money and the environment and decided to document her experiences along the way and Eco Thrifty Living, the blog was born! In 2012 she walked away from her day job feeling confident that they could thrive on one salary instead of two and she hasn’t had a day job since!

Zoe Morrison writes the award-winning blog www.ecothriftyliving.com all about saving money and the environment. She is also the author of Eco Thrifty Living the book, which covers saving money and the environment in 11 areas, including things like stuff, kids, gardening, saving energy and more.
